Options include both intensive outpatient treatment and outpatient group counseling.

The highly trained team of clinicians provide outpatient care multiple times per week, day and night, and offer individualized substance use disorder treatment plans to help you achieve your recovery goals. Our outpatient drug rehab programs provide those suffering from addiction the guidance they need from treatment specialists, as well as a wide range of valuable recovery skills.

An Opioid Use Disorder Center of Excellence Program

We are recognized by the state of Pennsylvania’s Department of Human Services as a legacy Opioid Use Disorder Center of Excellence. This recognition allows our organization to offer more comprehensive case management and support by a team of Certified Peer Recovery Specialists.

We work to ensure that people with opioid-related substance use disorders have access to treatment, as well as follow-up care and support in their communities. This program is team-based and “whole person” focused, with the explicit goal of eliminating barriers to achieve long-term recovery.

Medication Assisted Recovery

Recovery from substance use disorder is complex. That is why our continuum of care includes services offered by a multi-disciplinary team of clinical, medical and psychiatric providers. Sustained recovery is the ultimate goal. Medication is not only a viable treatment option but, according to the American Society of Addiction Medicine, it is the gold standard of care.

Individualized care at Hope From Home means patients will feel supported in all paths to recovery. A person’s path, in fact, can often be fluid and continued engagement is essential. While counseling is not a requirement for this program, it is important to encourage patients to also take advantage of our clinical therapy programs.
